Notes and Reminders

Buzz Groups (Wednesday) – the topic for this week is NZ birds.

Next week’s topic will be on Australian wildlife.

Maori – this week we are having a maori language attack week. All the children will be learning a simple Mihi to recite to the class by the end of the week. The children have a copy of their Mihi, so they can also pracitise at home.

Thursday 31st May is Weird & Wacky Mufti Day - the children can wear wacky mufti and have a wacky hair do if they wish. The gold coin donation will be going to each syndicate to help enhance our school environment.

Wheelie Day – the Year3/4 wheelie day is Thursdays. Children are allowed to use their scooters or bikes at lunchtime in the designated area. They must wear a helmet.

Big Day Out (Thursday 14^th June) – a letter is coming out this week about the middle syndicate’s trip to ImpactAlpha Gymsports for a gymnastics session.

Tissues – with winter fast approaching we are asking if every family could donate a box of tissues for the class. Thank you.
